Our Booking Policies

Pre-Appointment Details

Please keep the following in mind when booking your appointment and reschedule when these do NOT apply to you:

- If you have been Sunburnt in the last 72hrs

- If you have an active Cold Sore

- If you have used Retinol or other resurfacing products on the skin in the last 48hrs

- If you are NOT well and have flu like symptoms

Cancellation Policies

Booking deposits are non-refundable. If you wish to reschedule with over 48 hours' notice, the deposit is transferable to a new appointment.

If you cancel/reschedule within the 48-hour period of your appointment, your deposit of $50 is forfeited as a late cancellation fee. Cancelling/rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a late cancellation fee of $100. NO-SHOWS, and cancelling within 4HRS of your appointment time, will be charged the FULL treatment amount. Appointments cannot be changed within 48hrs of appointment unless decided by Skin therapist.

If you're cancelling because you're sick or due to any emergencies these policies still apply. We do require you to cancel/reschedule if you are feeling unwell to prevent getting our team sick. Any arrivals later than 15 minutes will be classed as NO-SHOW unless approval by our Skin Therapists. Cancellations/Rescheduling must be done via phone ONLY. Instagram is not accepted.

If you come to an appt in a circumstance that prevents you from having that treatment, you will be charged the same booking price.

Plasma Fibroblast Policies

Payment Policies

Deposits and Cancellation fees will be processed to the card we have on file. If we do not have a card on file, we will send you an invoice VIA email to pay. Cancellation Fees MUST be paid the day of appointment or future bookings will be declined until fee has been paid.

Booking deposits for Plasma Fibroblast are 50% of your treatment cost and are non-refundable. If you wish to reschedule with over 48 hours' notice, the deposit is transferable to a new appointment.

If you cancel/reschedule within the 48-hour period of your appointment, you will incur a $100 late cancellation fee. Cancelling/rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice will result a loss of your treatment deposit. NO-SHOWS, and cancelling within 4HRS of your appointment time, will be charged the FULL treatment amount. Appointments cannot be changed within 48hrs of appointment unless decided by Skin therapist.
